Outreach


ARMLS® outreach initiatives are designed to increase communication with Participants and Subscribers, minimize challenges of serving constituents spread over a vast geographic area and create channels for valuable feedback to ARMLS from the customers that we serve.  Outreach initiatives include the Industry Relations Liaison, Off-site Training and the Subscriber PULSE meetings.


Industry Relations Liaison

Chris DeWald, ARMLS’s Industry Relations Liaison, reaches out to Participants and Subscribers through her in-person visits. She is available to meet with Brokers and managers one on one to keep them abreast of what is new at ARMLS. Chris is a frequent speaker at sales meetings, branch office events, RMS meetings and other industry functions, delivering the ARMLS message with a PowerPoint presentation and a personal touch. Off-site Training

ARMLS Education and Technology Professionals are available to travel across the Valley to deliver training at sales meetings or other scheduled REALTOR® gatherings. Classes offered can be selected from the standard ARMLS curriculum or customized to serve the educational needs of the audience through the ARMLS House Calls Program. PULSE - Subscriber Breakfast Meetings with the CEO

Meet with the ARMLS CEO and keep your finger on the pulse of what is happening at ARMLS. Learn about new products, what’s up with flexmls, and what’s in the pipeline for the coming months . . . plus enjoy breakfast on us!
