New Brokers, responsible for the activities of their Agents and their brokerage firms, have a different perspective from their time as an Agent. Not only does the new Broker have to keep himself informed, but he takes on the added responsibility of informing and coaching his Agents toward their own personal success. His role as a Participant brings fresh challenges not encountered in his role as Agent, such as Opt-In/Opt-Out , whether to operate a VOW or an IDX Website, the decision to supervise Agent VOW Operators, becoming acquainted with ARMLS Outreach Services and more.
