The ARMLS® Product Catalog is designed to provide Subscribers and Participants ready access to all ARMLS vendors as well as information on their products. Each vendor signs an agreement with ARMLS regarding their specific use of MLS data which must conform to the ARMLS Content Access Policy. In accordance with ARMLS’s long standing policy, ARMLS does not provide its vendors with any Subscriber roster information for marketing their products. The catalog is divided into two main sections. The first is reserved for Premium Vendors who have forged a Special Relationship with ARMLS. The Special Relationship is based on one of the following criteria: 1. Providing a FREE service to Subscribers 2. Offering a FREE basic service to all Subscribers and an upgraded service
for a fee to those who require more than the basics Premium Vendors Premium Vendors are given preferential treatment and placement in the catalog. Each is showcased with the standard description format page plus additional pages with more details about the FREE service, how to sign up, nature of any upgrades and upgrade pricing. Approved Vendors The second main section of the catalog contains a standard description page for each product offered by each of our Approved Vendors who provide a vast array of products and services to our Subscribers. The Product Catalog format provides a brief description of each product and lists important attributes (Features at a Glance), the target user, the product category and vendor contact information. A printer-friendly, text only version of the more colorful product description pages is available at the end of the catalog. This section is in alphabetical order by vendor and includes the Premium Vendors as well as the Approved Vendors. |
