Market Reports Economic and Market Watch Quarterly Reports These reports are produced by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) using data supplied by ARMLS®. Reports earlier than 3rd Quarter, 2005 are not available. The reports will normally be available approximately 6 - 8 weeks after the end of each quarter. Each report contains commentary on market trends, and economic monitor and forecast predicting the direction of the market over the next six months by NAR statisticians and economists. The Market Watch Report analyzes ARMLS statistical data for Maricopa and Pinal Counties. NAR Economic and Market Watch Quarterly Reports Residential Listing Reports ARMLS tracks the number of Residential (Class 1) listings added monthly and the sales activity charted by Average List/Sales Price and Median List / Sales Price. The charts date back to 2001. ARMLS posts the current data to the chart on the 15th of the month for the preceding month. New Listing Chart
Sold Listing Chart Residential Home Sales Reports ARMLS tracks active residential listings and sales pending by price range per month dating back to January, 2008. Comparable data is available for Maricopa and Pinal Counties.
