Keybox / Lockbox Subscribers may purchase a keybox or lease a key at any one of the five ARMLS® Support Centers which are open from 8:30 am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Many Subscriber questions about keyboxes and keys are answered in the ARMLS Support Center FAQ. The KeyBox Transfer Form is used to transfer a keybox from one Subscriber to another. It requires the signatures of both the transferring owner and the receiving owner. For convenience you should gather the appropriate signature(s) before arriving at the ARMLS Support Center. The Keyholder License Agreement describes the terms for obtaining access to keyboxes. The signature page will be generated electronically at one of the Support Centers when you come to lease your key.
