Appraiser Outreach ARMLS® outreach initiatives are designed to provide better communication between ARMLS and the constituents it serves: Subscribers, Participants, Appraisers and Associations. Outreach initiatives include specialized On-Site Office Visits, Virtual Office Visits, Industry Relations Liaison outreach, Bemis, Brokers, Breakfast and Buzz events and PULSE Subscriber meetings. All are meant to bridge communications gaps and created highly targeted needs fulfillment. On-Site Office Visit On-Site Office Visits offer specialized training in the specific areas you identify in flexmls. The sessions can cover standard Core or Mastery level class material or ARMLS can design a custom class covering specific topics. We can provide presentation style training or hands on training in your facility using your or your agents' laptops. For an On-Site Visit we require at least 10 attendees and the training session can last up to 2 hours. Download the schedule form. Scheduling is based on availability of our training resources and visits are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Virtual Office Visits An ARMLS Trainer will initiate a Web-based class or Webinar for members of your office or group allowing for training to take place in multiple locations for the attendees. To schedule a Virtual Visit or Web-based training session, we require a minimum of only 5 attendees, each of whom each must have a computer with Internet access. Unlike the On-Site Visit, the group does not have to be located in the same place. For groups of fewer than 25 people, a conference call can be initiated for the group for discussions and questions, or the session can be limited to online chat for questions from the class. In either case, the instructor can be heard vocally either through the conference call center or online through the Internet. The instructor will lead the class from their computer where they will demonstrate and instruct the class on customized curriculum. Virtual Visits offer more scheduling flexibility for both the instructor and the attendees as well the ability to offer a viable option for smaller teams, groups and offices to receive specialized training without having to gather in the same location. Industry Relations Liaison Chris DeWald, ARMLS’s Industry Relations Liaison, reaches out to Participants and Subscribers through her in-person visits. She is available to meet with Brokers and managers one on one to keep them abreast of what is new at ARMLS. Chris is a frequent speaker at sales meetings and other branch office events delivering the ARMLS message with a Powerpoint presentation and a personal touch. To schedule a visit, email Chris at christined@armls.com.  Bemis, Brokers, Breakfast and Buzz BBBB Events are given monthly at various locations all across the Valley. These are Broker only events aimed to keep ARMLS Participants and their Branch Managers at the forefront of what is happening at ARMLS. Each presentation involves an update followed by a question and answer session. This is an opportunity to have dialogue with the CEO, Bob Bemis, and add your own $.02 to the discourse.
