With the addition of flexmls® Web as well as the ARMLS Rules updates, we in the ARMLS Training Department recognized the need for additional training options for our large Subscriber base. We have developed many different options for our Subscribers to get the training they need to be successful in their businesses using the tools available within flexmls.  As always, we offer hands-on training every week in our Training Center located in Tempe, with classes covering the basics including Searches, Listings, Mapping, CMAs, Contacts and Rules as well as more advanced topics such as Presentations, Custom Views & Sorts, Custom Reports, Daily Functions and many more. We realize however, that it is not always possible for everyone to come to us, so we have developed programs to come to you, our Subscribers, with the training you need to be successful.  We have several training options now available and described below.  For more information on our hands-on classes in Tempe, including a class calendar, click here.

Additional ARMLS Training Options:

On-line Webinars -Twice per week ARMLS offers live on-line classes anyone may attend from the comfort of their home or office. All you need is a computer with speakers and Internet access. To access a full calendar of dates and times of our on-line Webinar classes or to join in to a current session, click here or use the link to the right to access the ARMLS Web Training Center.  Each session is 45 - 60 minutes and covers a different flexmls® Web topic each time.

 If you are unable to join a live session, there are also recorded sessions you can listen to on-line or download for future playback.   Click here or use the link to the right to go to our ARMLS Web Training Center and look for the “View Event Recordings” link in the upper-right corner to access the archive of recorded sessions 24/7.

Association Training Classes -Each month ARMLS Trainers come to your Association training facility. Whether you are interested in learning the basics of flexmls or you are ready for more advanced topics, we have a class for you. Just bring your wireless capable laptop and join in!  Check below for dates, times and for more information on each location and topics covered each month. Office Visits - An ARMLS trainer will provide up to two hours of instruction on flexmls® Web at youroffice or preferred location.  Curriculum is tailored to each office’s specific needs: Choose from our current class list or create your own “custom” class.  Information is presented in lecture style and, in some cases, attendees can use their own computers if a wireless connection is available.  There is no charge for this class and attendees are encouraged to come prepared with their questions on flexmls.  To schedule an Office Visit, click here for the necessary information and forms to schedule your Office Visit.

Virtual Office Visits - For those offices with fewer members or offices where many of their agents work from home or more remote locations, this solution allows anyone to join in from anywhere with a computer, Internet connection and speakers. Students are offered up to 90 minutes of on-line instruction on flexmls® Web with an ARMLS trainer. One on One Training -Attendees are offered up to one hour of private (one-on-one) instruction on flexmls® Web with a trainer at the ARMLS Training facility located in Tempe.  Attendees are encouraged to come to their appointments prepared with their questions on flexmls and should possess basic computer skills and have attended the flexmls Orientation/Search class at a minimum. ARMLS Certified Title Company Trainers -In an effort to reach out even further into our Subscriber community, ARMLS is currently in partnership with 37 title representatives spanning 12 companies servicing all parts of the Valley.  Each title representative has gone through a strenuous training program with ARMLS trainers which includes attending all our Core classes, participating in 2 train the trainer groups, and being observed training flexmls classes by a member of the ARMLS training department.  These title reps are well prepared to help you with all your flexmls inquiries in your location or theirs. Please contact any of them directly to schedule training.
